ORDER DENYING APPLICATION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS BY A PRISONER re2 - Signed by JUDGE LESLIE E. KOBAYASHI on 5/1/2024. Given the foregoing, Kuahiwinui has failed to show that his is unable to pay the fees associated with this suit. The IFP Application, ECF No. 2, is therefore DENIED.
