PAPERLESS ORDER SETTING DEADLINE TO FILE CLOSING DOCUMENTS. Plaintiff notified the Court that the Parties have settled this matter (DE7 ), and the Court congratulates them on reaching an amicable resolution of this case. The Parties shall file the appropriate closing documents within 10 days, or no later than August 29, 2024. The Parties' request for 30 days to file closing documents is denied, as no good cause for such a delay is set forth in the Notice, and I do not view a pending settlement as grounds to stay ongoing litigation. Until the Parties submit the appropriate closing documents, I expect compliance with all pretrial deadlines. However, I note that the Answer deadline passed on August 9, 2024.
