PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Parties' Joint Motion to Stay Case (DE6 ) ("Joint Motion"). In the Joint Motion, the Parties request the Court administratively stay the case for four (4) months until January 17, 2025, to allow Defendants time to adjudicate Plaintiff's asylum claim following its initial interview with Plaintiff scheduled for September 19, 2024. Additionally, the Parties request to file a single status report informing the Court of Defendant's progress no later than January 17, 2025. Upon review of the Joint Motion and the record, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Joint Motion (DE6 ) is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART .
