But I do not understand why Plaintiff's failure to properly file the AC on the ECF system means Defendants need more time. Even though the system kicked the AC back, Defendants had it or could have gotten it, and could have begun preparing their response. I am granting the extension because Plaintiff does not object and it will not otherwise delay the progress of the case, but if there was another reason Defendants needed more time, they should have just said so.
