This Court will grant this extension but it notes that it is not likely to grant any further extensions given the age of the case as well as the fact that the Court has previously extended the scheduling order deadlines several times. This Court appreciates the impact of the ongoing health crisis, particularly as to litigation and court matters, many of which are continuing by phone and videoconference. While not ideal, the parties should consider conducting the mediation via videoconference should they be unable to conduct it in person on May 27, 2020. Fact discovery shall be completed by July 8, 2020; plaintiff's expert disclosures are due by September 2, 2020; defendant's expert disclosures are due by October 14, 2020; expert depositions shall be completed by November 12, 2020; dispositive motions shall be filed by December 10, 2020; oppositions to dispositive motions shall be filed within 21 days after filing of the motion. The requirements for the filing of dispositive motions set forth in the Court's March 4, 2020 Second Amended Scheduling Order remain in effect. (JCB, law1) |
