The Court declines to sign Plaintiffs' Proposed Order to Show Cause. Because Plaintiffs' claim for injunctive relief appears patently meritless, the Court will not order an expedited briefing schedule for Plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction. If Plaintiffs still wish to pursue their motion for a preliminary injunction, they shall inform the Court, via letter filed on ECF, by April 24, 2019. ORDER granting 169 Motion to Dismiss Case as Frivolous; terminating 169 Motion for Pre Motion Conference; granting 170 Motion to Dismiss Case as Frivolous; terminating 170 Motion for Pre Motion Conference; granting 172 Motion to Dismiss Case as Frivolous - Given all of the above (SEE ATTACHED ORDER for details), the Court dismisses, with prejudice, all claims against the South Nassau Defendants, Justice Lorintz, and Suffolk County. Plaintiff is directed to file a letter by February 21, 2022 clarifying, for each of the claims and the remaining defendants, which specific defendants each claim is being brought against. If Plaintiff fails to file this letter by February 21, 2022, the claims against all the remaining defendants will be dismissed with prejudice. The briefing schedule for the motions to dismiss is hereby stayed until the Court directs otherwise. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff.
