MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: it is ORDERED as follows: (1) Dft Larry Clark's 295 Renewed Motion For Judgment As a Matter of Law, Or In the Alternative, Motion For Remittitur, Or In the Alternative, Motion for New Trial is DENIED; (2) Dft Kevin Walker's 296 Renewed Motion For Judgment As A Matter of Law In His Favor, To Vacate Judgment As A Matter of Law In The Plaintiffs Favor, Motion to Vacate, Alter Or Amend Judgment, And In The Alternative, Motion For A New Trial Or For A Remittitur is GRANTED in part, as further set out in order; (3) The compensatory damage award of $450,000 against Kevin Walker in favor of Plf Greg Almond is hereby REMITTITED to $150,000, as further set out in order; (4) The compensatory damage award of $300,000 against Kevin Walker in favor of Teresa Almond is hereby REMITTED to $100,000, as further set out in order.
