AMENDED AND RESTATED FINAL JUDGMENT: it is the JUDGMENT and DECREE of the Court as follows: 1. For judgment rendered as to Defendant Kevin Walker, a. Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff Gregory Almond and against Defendant Kevin Walker as to Count Six (Illegal Search) of the 133 Third Amended Complaint in the total amount of $150,000 in compensatory damages; b. Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff Teresa Almond and against Defendant Kevin Walker as to Count Six (Illegal Search) of the 133 Third Amended Complaint in the total amount of $100,000 in compensatory damages; c. Due to the judgment entered against Kevin Walker on the claim for illegal search, Plaintiffs Gregory Almond and Teresa Almond's costs are taxed against Kevin Walker for which execution may issue; 2. For judgment rendered as to Defendant Larry Clark, a. Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff Gregory Almond against Defendant Larry Clark as to Count Five (Use of Excessive Force) of the 133 Third Amended Complaint in the total amount of $50,000 in compensatory damages, and $200,000 in punitive damages ($250,000 in total damages); b. Due to judgment entered against Larry Clark on the claim for excessive force, Plaintiff Gregory Almond's costs are taxed against Larry Clark for which execution may issue; This final judgment supersedes the Court's 320 Amended and Restated Final Judgment entered on 12/6/2024; DIRECTING the Clerk to enter this as a Final Judgment pursuant to Fed.
