On 9/29/2020, the Court held a hearing on the debtor's motion to administratively close this Chapter 11 case, effective as of September 10, 2020 (395 ). Jerome Kerkman and Evan Schmit appeared for the debtor; Laura Steele appeared for the U.S. Trustee; Rachel Blise appeared for Future Bucks, LLC; and Sherry Coley and Tiffany Woelfel appeared for Eric Hoopman. Prior to the hearing (and in light of concerns raised by the Court and an objection filed by the U.S. Trustee), the debtor withdrew its request for retroactive closure and also asked that the Court treat its motion as seeking an order and final decree closing the case (see Doc. No.408 ). The Court concluded that notice of the request for a final decree and order closing the case was appropriate in the circumstances, and will sign the proposed order submitted by counsel (407 ).
