MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: As set forth in the Court's July 28, 2020 Memorandum and Order, Plaintiffs' Motion for a Preliminary Injunction 7 is GRANTED in part. See attached Memorandum and Order for details. Within fourteen (14) days of entry of this Order, Defendants shall file a status report with the Court providing details regarding the New York Department of Labor's findings concerning the number of outstanding unemployment insurance benefits requests for reconsideration and the feasibility of designating a telephone number for questions regarding the reconsideration process. Plaintiffs shall file any response within five (5) days of submission. The Court refers this matter to Chief Magistrate Judge Cheryl Pollak for pretrial supervision in all other regards.
