MINUTE ORDER. The schedule for the remaining briefing on Petitioner's133 Motion to Stay Execution on and Enforcement of the Judgment Pending Appeal Without Bond is as follows: 1. Rutas shall file its Opposition on or before January 7, 2025. 2. Lima shall file its Reply on or before January 21, 2025. 3. Rutas shall file its Surreply, should it wish to do so, on or before February 4, 2025. Lima's Reply brief should address with specificity the legal mechanisms by which the City Manager, Mr. Lozan Luyo, can bind the Municipality to comply with the Judgment. To that end, the Court would find an additional declaration by a legal expert on this issue helpful. The Court invites Rutas to respond in kind in its Surreply if it decides to file one.
