DOCKET TEXT ORDER (no separate order issued:) On May 22, 2023, the court entered an order (Dkt. 41) approving a stipulation (Dkt. 40) that provides for a stay of this proceeding for all purposes pending consummation of a settlement that resolves all remaining claims. In light of this, the court orders as follows: (1) The court will convene a status conference on December 14, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. (2) The December 14 status conference will convene via Zoom.
