ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Pending before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 42), supported by a Memorandum of Law (Doc. No. 43). For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, Defendants' Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiffs' due process and equal protection claims brought pursuant to the United States Constitution and Tennessee Constitution regarding the restrictions within Order 12 are hereby DISMISSED. Because the Court grants Defendants' Motion to Dismiss and dismisses Plaintiffs' remaining claims, the Court will lift the stay and dismiss Plaintiffs' stayed claims without prejudice. Additionally, Plaintiffs' Motion for a Preliminary Injunction (Doc. No. 33) is DENIED as moot. The Clerk is directed to close this file. This Order shall constitute final judgment for purposes of Fed. R. Civ. P. 58. Signed by District Judge Eli J. Richardson on 2/5/2021.
