ORDER ON DEFENDANTS' MOTIONS TO DISMISS (Dkt. ##22, 23, & 41) & PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO AMEND (Dkt. #48) by Magistrate Judge N. Reid Neureiter on 28 April 2021. It is hereby ORDERED that the Motions to Dismiss of Defendants Dominion, Facebook, and CTCL (Dkt. ##22, 23, & 41) are GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Complaint (Dkt. #1) is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for lack of standing. Because Plaintiffs have voluntarily dismissed the claims against the various state officials of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin (Brian Kemp, Brad Raffensperger, Gretchen Whitmer, Jocelyn Benson, Tom Wolf, Kathy Boockvar, Tony Evers, Ann S. Jacobs, Mark Thomsen, Marge Bostelman, Julie E. Glancey, Dean Knudson, and Robert F. ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTIONS FOR SANCTIONS (Dkt. ##98, 101, 102, 103, & 109) by Magistrate Judge N. Reid Neureiter on 3 August 2021. For the foregoing reasons, it is HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs' counsel shall jointly and severally pay the moving Defendants reasonable attorneys for (1) having to prepare and argue the motions to dismiss, and (2) having to prepare and argue the oppositions to the Motion for Leave to Amend. Accordingly, it is FURTHER ORDERED that within 14 days from the date of this Order, the moving Defendants are directed to submit to Plaintiffs' counsel detailed billing records of each lawyer, reflecting the time spent on which tasks, with accompanying hourly rates, so that the Parties may attempt to confer and stipulate to a reasonable figure that would establish an appropriate sanction award for each moving Defendant.(cmadr, ) |

It is herebyORDERED that Defendant Dominion Voting Systems, Inc.'s Request for Reasonable Attorneys' Fees and Expenses (Dkt. #150), Defendant Facebook Inc.'s Application for Sanctions Fee Award (Dkt. #151), and Defendant Center for Tech and Civic Lifes Fee Request (Dkt. #152) are GRANTED in PART. It is further ORDERED Plaintiffs' Counsel, Mr. Gary D. Fielder and Mr. Ernest John Walker, jointly and severally, are to pay the following amounts to the Defendants as sanctions: To Defendants Gretchen Whitmer and Jocelyn Benson (state officials from the State of Michigan), the sum of $4,900; To Defendants Tom Wolf and Kathy Boockvar (state officials from the State of Pennsylvania), the sum of $6,162.50;To the Defendant Facebook, Inc., the sum of $50,000.00; To the Defendant Center for Tech and Civic Life, the sum of $62,930.00; To the Defendant Dominion Voting Systems, Inc., the sum of $62,930.00.
