The Court extends the fact discovery deadline to 2/7/2025 for the parties to resolve any outstanding discovery issues and file any discovery motions, if necessary. The Court entered the following expert discovery schedule: plaintiff's medical expert disclosures due by 4/8/2025; defendant's medical expert disclosures due by 6/7/2025; plaintiff's medical rebuttal expert disclosures due by 7/7/2025; and medical expert depositions shall be completed by 8/15/2025. Parties to agree on plaintiff's production of original signatures for parties' handwriting experts, if necessary.
