ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS. Plaintiff's 4 motion to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. Plaintiff will not be required to pay a partial initial filing fee under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(1). However, the total filing fee in this case remains $350.00.
