ORDER: For reasons explained in this Order, the Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to exhaust his administrative remedies as required by 42 U.S.C. Section 1997e(a). Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice for failure to exhaust. Plaintiff's Motions to Compel Judgment (Docs. 99, 104) are DENIED as MOOT in light of this ruling, and his Motions to Reconsider (Docs. 96, 97) are also DENIED.
