MINUTE ORDER: This case has been referred to the undersigned for discovery disputes. By no later than November 22, 2024, the parties are ORDERED to file a joint status report, not to exceed ten (10) pages double-spaced, that identifies the outstanding dispute(s). After receipt of the status report, the Court anticipates setting a hearing on the outstanding dispute(s), following which the Court may direct further written submissions by the parties, to the extent necessary.
