ORDER AND INJUNCTION: IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED as follows: 1. Defendants Sunset Recordings, Inc., Sunset Music Publishing, Sunset Connect and S2 Entertainment, Inc., and their directors, officers, agents, servants, employees, successors, assigns, subsidiaries, related companies, parent companies, licensees, and all persons in active concert or participation with them; as well as Defendant Don Lichterman, and all persons in active concert or participation with him, are hereby permanently enjoined and restrained from copying, reproducing, selling, displaying, distributing, performing, or in any other way transferring Plaintiff's copyrighted works, including, but not limited to the following as further set forth herein. The judgments set forth herein shall be recorded by the Clerk of the Court forthwith, and the Clerk is directed to close this matter. (As further set forth in this Order.)
