It is further ordered that Defendants shall pay Plaintiff's costs, including reasonable attorneys fees, in an amount to be determined following a receipt of Plaintiffs petition for attorneys fees and costs and that Defendants shall pay interest on these awards pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
