![]() ORDER granting in part and denying in part Plaintiff's149 Motion for Default. Mr. Al-Bustani is awarded pre- and post-judgment interest to accrue at the rate specified in 28 U.S.C. § 1961. Mr. Al-Bustani is ORDERED to SHOW CAUSE why the court should not dismiss his claims for violations of the Washington Personality Rights Act and invasion of privacy (false light), enter final judgment as to all remaining claims and parties, and vacate the 9/23/2024 trial date. Mr. Al-Bustani shall respond to the order to show cause by no later than 7/10/2024. If Mr. Al-Bustani fails to timely respond to the order to show cause, the court will construe such failure as consent to the court dismissing his outstanding claims with prejudice. The court will direct Mr. Al-Bustani to file his motion for reasonable attorney's fees and costs after the court disposes of his outstanding claims. The court will then enter final judgment after determining the amount of Mr. Al-Bustani's fee award. Signed by Judge James L. Robart.
