ORDER - Upon consideration of "Defendant's Motion for Sanctions Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 37(d) for Failure to Participate in Discovery[,]" (ECF No.60 ), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff Margo L. Royer shall respond to Defendant's Motion by 10/31/2024. As discussed in the September 2024 Status Conference, (see ECF No.70 ), IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that Plaintiff's failure to respond will result in the granting of Defendant's Motion, effectuating dismissal of the case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff include in her Response an argument as to why the Court should not grant Defendant's oral motion to strike Plaintiff's September correspondence to the Court at ECF Nos. 67-69.
