Valley Cmty. Servs. Bd., 822 F.3d 159, 164 (4th Cir. 2016). Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the Complaint [Dkt. No. 1] be and is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to plaintiffs ability to file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order.
