The court GRANTS Plaintiffs' motions for final approval of the parties' class action settlement (Dkt. #56 ) and for attorneys' fees, costs, and class representative service awards (Dkt. #49 ). The court ORDERS as follows: 1. The parties' proposed class action settlement is APPROVED; 2. Plaintiffs' request for an award of $290,000 in combined attorneys' fees and costs is GRANTED; 3. Plaintiff's request for $10,000 service awards for class representatives Stephen J. Tuttle and Dustin Collman is GRANTED; 4. The Parties are DIRECTED to proceed with the settlement payment procedures specified in the settlement Agreement; 5. Defendants are DIRECTED to fund the settlement; 6. The Settlement Administrator is AUTHORIZED to distribute the settlement funds; 7. The Settlement Administrator is DIRECTED to distribute the attorneys' fees and service awards as provided in this order; 8. The court RESERVES jurisdiction over the parties as to all matters relating to the administration, consummation, enforcement, and interpretation of the settlement Agreement, this order; and for any other necessary purposes; 9. The settlement Agreement is given full force and effect, and the Released Claims of the class representatives and individual settlement class members, as articulated in the settlement Agreement, are released and forever discharged; and 10.
