MINUTE ORDER: On October 28, 2022, Defendants filed a8 Motion to Dismiss. On October 31, 2022, the Court entered a10 Fox Order ordering Plaintiffs to respond by November 14, 2022, and if not, advising them that the Court may treat Defendants' motion as conceded and dismiss the case. A copy of that order was sent to Plaintiffs' addresses of record. Three weeks past that deadline, Plaintiffs have not opposed the motion or requested additional time to do so. Indeed, Plaintiffs have filed nothing on the docket in over two months. Thus, the Court will treat Defendants' motion as conceded. See LCvR 7(b) ("Within 14 days of the date of service [of a motion] or at such other time as the Court may direct, an opposing party shall serve and file a memorandum of points and authorities in opposition to the motion. If such a memorandum is not filed within the prescribed time, the Court may treat the motion as conceded."). Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendants'8 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED and this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the case.
