ORDER as to Dock Edward Hoilman: The Court finds probable cause to believe the offenses charged in the Criminal Complaint did occur and were committed by Defendant Dock Edward Hoilman. Specifically, the Court finds there is probable cause to believe Defendant Hoilman possessed and distributed child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C.§ 2252A(a)(1)(2) and 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B).
