NOTICE OF CLAIMS REGISTER MAINTENANCE. Beginning on October 28, 2024, the Clerk's Office will be performing maintenance on the Court's Claims Registers in each of the Chapter 11 cases jointly administered under the caption In re Kwok, Case No. 22-50073 In re Kwok, Case No. 22-50073 In re Genever Holdings Corporation, Case No. 22-50542 and In re Genever Holdings LLC, Case No. 22-50592 The maintenance is expected to last from October 28, 2024, to November 20, 2024, but may require more time. During the maintenance, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. prevailing eastern time on each weekday excluding federal holidays, the jointly administered cases will not be accessible via the Court's CM/ECF system, the Court's public terminals, or through PACER.
