ORAL ORDER: As stated in court at the conclusion of the December 13 status conference, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: (1) the multiple objections to the Special Master's bills for September 2024 (see, e.g., Misc. No. 17-mc-151 D.I. 1471, 1475, 1477, 1478, 1479, 1480) are OVERRULED; (2) the Special Master shall, no later than Wednesday, December 18, submit a proposal for how the Court can retain confidence that billings going forward will be reasonable, justifiable, and understandable; (3) the Sale Process Parties, Additional Judgment Creditors, and other interested entities may, if they wish, respond to the Special Master's submission regarding future billing practices, provided that their submissions are received by Friday, December 20; (4) the virtual data room shall be reopened on December 18; and (5) the Special Master, on behalf of the Sale Process Parties, Additional Judgment Creditors, and other entities, shall, as soon as reasonably possible and ideally no later than this week, file a joint status report assisting the Court in identifying the specific issues still in dispute relating to how the Litigation and Sale Process should now proceed, which may include some or all of the questions the Court posed to the parties in its December 11 Inclinations Order (Misc.
