FINAL ORDER - For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, the Court GRANTS IN PART Plaintiff Mr. Gomez's Motion for Entry of Final Judgment by Default Against Defendants Midlo Floors LLC DBA Midlo Floors & Beyond and City Local 101, LLC Memorandum of Law (the "Motion"). (ECF No.18 .) The Court ORDERS that default judgment shall be entered against Defendants. The Court ORDERS Defendants to pay Plaintiff $8,250.00 in statutory damages, $855.00 in costs, and $12,982.50 in attorney's fees. Defendants are ORDERED to pay Plaintiff prejudgment interest at an annual rate of six percent from December 10, 2021 until the date of this Order, as well as post-judgment interest to be calculated in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1961 and accruing from the date of this Order. The Court RETAINS jurisdiction over any matter pertaining to this judgment. The Court DISMISSES this case, and the Clerk of the Court shall remove it from the Court's docket. Defendants are advised that they have the right to appeal the decision of the Court. Should either Defendant wish to do so, written notice of appeal must be filed with the Clerk of the Court within thirty (30) days of the date of entry hereof. SEE ORDER FOR DETAILS.
