TEXT ORDER : The Court is in receipt of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.'s letter dated January 25, 2024 (ECF No.15 ). The Court's sua sponte screening of the amended complaint, (ECF No.13 ), under 28 U.S.C. § 1915 has not yet been completed. See West v. Cap. Police, No. 23-1006 2023 WL 4087093, at *2 (D.N.J. June 20, 2023) ("Once an application to proceed in forma pauperis has been granted, the Court is required to screen the complaint and dismiss the action sua sponte if, among other things, the action is frivolous or malicious, or if it fails to comply with the proper pleading standards."). Accordingly, the Clerk of Court has not been directed to issue summons, nor has the United States Marshals Service been directed to serve Defendants. See In re Wolf, 696 F. App'x 599, 600 (3d Cir. 2017) (directing the district court "to screen the complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B) before issuing any summonses.").
