In lieu of a pre motion conference15 , the Court sets the following schedule: In response to Defendants' pre motion conference request, see ECF No. 15, Plaintiff notes that she is open to amending the complaint to cure the alleged legal deficiencies raised in Defendants' letter, see ECF No.16 at 3. This action is in its nascent stages and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15 instructs courts to "freely give leave when justice so requires." The Court grants Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint by April 19, 2023, if she is still inclined to do so. Defendants are then granted leave to file their motion to dismiss either the original complaint, or, if Plaintiff chooses to amend, the amended complaint, by May 10, 2023. Plaintiff's response in opposition is due May 31, 2022. Defendants reply, if any, is due June 7, 2023. All motion papers must comply with Judge Gonzalez's Individual Practice Rules.
