MINUTES for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Thomas P LeBlanc: A SCHEDULING CONFERENCE was held on 3/20/2025. Participating by telephone were: Kenneth Paul Hebert on behalf of Dusty King, and Andrew John Halverson on behalf of Equistar Chemicals LP. The court and the parties discussed the Motion to Consolidate pending in 2:23-cv-1334, which seeks to consolidate 2:23-cv-1334, 2:23-cv-1335 and 2:23-cv-1336. Following this discussion, the court indicated its intention to grant the motion and to order the cases consolidated. The court and the parties then discussed selecting a trial date for the consolidated matters, and the parties agreed a continuance of the currently scheduled trial in 2:23-cv-1334 was needed. Accordingly, the parties selected a new trial date of 11/12/2025 for all cases. Once consolidation is completed on the record, the court will enter an appropriate order setting a bench trial in the consolidated actions for 11/12/2025 and will issue a scheduling order setting pretrial deadlines in these matters in accordance with the trial date.
