DOCKET TEXT ORDER (no separate order issued:) This case is scheduled to come before the court on March 13, 2025 for a hearing on the Liquidating Trustee's Second Omnibus Objection to Claims (Duplicate Claims) (Dkt. 860; the "Objection"). The Liquidating Trustee originally noticed the Objection for hearing on December 10, 2024 (Dkt. 862). The hearing was continued to January 16, 2025 with respect to claims held by Veritas Global Protection and Palletized LLC by an order entered November 27, 2024 (Dkt. 923). Veritas Global Protection withdrew its claim on January 9, 2025 (Dkt. 946). The hearing on the Objection was further continued as to Palletized LLC by notices filed January 14, 2025 (Dkt. 950) and February 6, 2025 (Dkt. 958). Pursuant to the last notice of continued hearing (Dkt. 958), Palletized was to file a response to the Objection no later than March 6, 2025. No response has been filed. Accordingly, the court orders as follows: (1) The Objection will be sustained as to the Duplicate Claim (as defined in the Objection) held by Palletized LLC; (2) Counsel for the Liquidating Trustee shall promptly upload an order consistent with the Objection as to Palletized LLC's Duplicate Claim; and (3) The March 13, 2025 hearing is hereby vacated. .
