Order on Motion to Consolidate Cases
Tue 11/05 3:21 PM
Judge Richard G. Stearns: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered granting (68) Motion to Consolidate. The court will allow the unopposed portion of Harvard's motion and consolidate case numbers 24-cv-10092 and 24-cv-11354 for discovery purposes. The Clerk will issue a new/revised scheduling order establishing joint discovery deadlines. The court reserves ruling on the partially opposed portion of the motion given the nascency of the cases.
