MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting49 Motion to Dismiss; denying52 Motion for Sanctions. For the foregoing reasons, the UMG Defendants' motion for sanctions (ECF No. 52) is DENIED. Plaintiff's motion to voluntarily dismiss all claims in the second amended complaint against Grainge, Motown Records, and UMG (ECF No. 49) is GRANTED, and those claims are dismissed with prejudice.
