		order Order(Other) Fri 12/20 4:35 PM ORDER: Defendants' proposal to submit a joint brief, not to exceed 45 pages, and to permit each defendant group to submit a supplemental brief, not to exceed 15 pages, is approved. Those briefs shall be served on plaintiffs' counsel on or before 1/22/2025. Plaintiffs shall serve a response to the joint brief, not to exceed 45 pages, and a response to each supplemental brief, not to exceed 15 pages each, on or before 3/10/2025. Defendants shall have until 3/25/2025 in which to serve a joint reply, not to exceed 25 pages; to serve replies relating to their supplemental briefs, not to exceed 8 pages each; to electronically file the fully briefed motions, and to mail two (2) courtesy copies of all motions papers to chambers. To minimize duplication of effort, supplemental briefs shall not repeat arguments raised in the joint brief and individual defendant groups shall consult with one another to avoid raising issues addressed in another group's supplemental brief. A defendant group may join in an argument raised in another group's supplemental brief, but must expressly identify the argument and cite to the other groups supplemental brief. Defendant Bergman's proposed motion to dismiss this action for insufficient service of process pursuant to Fed R. Civ. P. 12(b)(5), described in ECF Doc. 106, shall be raised in the supplemental brief filed by the defendant group encompassing Mr. Bergman. Plaintiffs' arguments relating to Tradesman Project Managers' standing to bring this lawsuit, set forth in ECF Doc. 109-1, and plaintiffs' arguments relating to defendant Surgicare of Westside, set forth in ECF Doc. 109-2, may be incorporated into plaintiffs' response.
