TEXT ORDER : The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's renewed Motion for Leave to Appeal in forma pauperis . (ECF No.65 .) In parallel, Plaintiff filed a motion seeking identical relief in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, which the Third Circuit subsequently granted. (See Case No. 24-3084 ECF Nos.8 ,9 .)
