ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff Stevenson's 84 letter motion, on consent, to extend the time to respond to Defendant Revive's request for a pre-motion conference on its anticipated motion to dismiss Plaintiff Stevenson's complaint. The Court grants Plaintiff Stevenson's request for good cause shown and directs Plaintiff Stevenson to file a response on the lead docket ( Eletribi v. Revive Organics, Inc. , 22-CV-4362), by April 24, 2024. The Court further notes Defendant Revive's requests for a pre-motion conference filed in Lut v. Revive Organics, Inc. , 24-CV-2260, and Vuxton v. Revive Organics, Inc. , 24-CV-1544. The Court directs Defendant Revive to re-file those letters on the lead docket ( Eletribi , 22-CV-4362).
