ORDER (Dismissing Successive§ 2254 Petition) that: The Rule 60(b) Motion (ECF No. 45) is a successive, unauthorized 28 U.S.C. § 2254 petition. The successive § 2254 petition/Rule 60(b) Motion is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. For the administrative convenience of the Court, the Clerk is DIRECTED to assign a civil action number to the § 2254 petition/Rule 60(b) Motion and TERMINATE the civil action number. A certificate of appealability is DENIED. Should Petitioner desire to appeal, a written notice of appeal must be filed with the Clerk of the Court within thirty (30) days of the date of entry hereof.
