Furthermore, the Court HEREBY ORDERS that all pending conferences and filing deadlines are VACATED, with the following exceptions: (1) the parties SHALL FILE a joint notice informing the Court of the status of scheduling arbitration within 30 days of the date of this order; (2) the parties SHALL FILE a joint notice informing the Court of the status of arbitration every 90 days following the date of entry of this Order until arbitration is completed; (3) within 14 days of the completion of arbitration, the parties SHALL FILE a joint notice informing the Court that arbitration has been completed and describing the parties' intentions with respect to the disposition or scheduling and continued prosecution of this action. Failure to timely comply with this Order may result in the imposition of sanctions, up to and including dismissal of this action. (Hall, S) |
