Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), a joint stipulation of dismissal must be "signed by all parties who have appeared." From the current version of the stipulation, it is unclear whether counsel for Plaintiff Childers is signing on behalf of Childers alone or signing for both Childers and Plaintiff Luqman Muhammad. Muhammed has voluntarily dismissed his claims (Docs. 27 , 31), but he still must sign a stipulation of dismissal under Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), see City of Jacksonville v. Jacksonville Hosp. Holdings, Inc. , 82 F.4th 1031, 1034 (11th Cir. 2023). Therefore, the Court directs the Clerk to STRIKE the 38 Stipulation.
