AFPD Passafiume was not aware of the violation report until just prior to this proceeding and asked the Court to proceed with the violation proceeding upon the assignment of new counsel for defendant. Discussions held regarding the specified violation and upon reviewing the defendant's cell phone in Court, it seems the defendant continues to violate conditions of release. The Court ordered defendant remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal Service.
