ENDORSEMENT: The Court is in receipt of the joint letter at ECF No. 26 supplying a proposed schedule with respect to the Lead Plaintiff's forthcoming Consolidated Complaint and Defendants' anticipated Motion to Dismiss the same. Having conferred with the Chambers of Judge Cronan, the parties' proposed scheduled is GRANTED. The following schedule is adopted: (1) the Lead Plaintiff shall file the Consolidated Complaint no later than November 22, 2024; (2) Defendants shall file their Motion to Dismiss the Consolidated Complaint and its supporting papers no later than January 21, 2025; (3) the Lead Plaintiff shall file an Opposition to the Motion to Dismiss no later than March 21, 2025; and (4) Defendants shall file a Reply in Further Support of Motion to Dismiss, if any, no later than April 21, 2025. In light of the foregoing, Defendants need not file a Pre-Motion Conference Letter in accordance with Section 6.A of Judge Cronan's Individual Rules & Practices. SO ORDERED. OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Brunozzi's motion is GRANTED in its entirety. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED, as follows: 1. The Steiner Action and Brunozzi Action are consolidated under Master File No. 1:24-CV-04702 (JPC) (SDA) (the "Master File"). The consolidation is for all purposes including discovery and trial. All documents in the consolidated actions shall be filed only in the Master File. The Clerk of Court respectfully is directed to rename the caption in the Master File as "In re UiPath Securities Litigation." In addition, the Clerk of Court respectfully is directed to administratively close Case No. 24-CV-05959. 2. Brunozzi hereby is appointed as lead plaintiff and Brunozzi's selection of BFA as lead counsel is approved. 3. No later than September 20, 2024, the parties shall meet-and-confer and file a joint letter providing a proposed schedule for Plaintiff to file a Consolidated Complaint and for Defendants to file an Answer to the Consolidated Complaint or otherwise respond to the Consolidated Complaint.
