With Plaintiffs having withdrawn their motion for preliminary injunction, the ordinary Rules of Civil Procedure govern these proceedings, including the opportunity for Defendants to move to dismiss. Accordingly, the court hereby enters the following schedule for further proceedings. (1) Defendants shall file a consolidated motion to dismiss in Yzaguirre and Clemendor by January 15, 2025; (2) Plaintiffs in Yzaguirre and Clemendor shall file their separate opposition briefs by February 12, 2025; and (3) Defendants shall file a consolidated reply by March 5, 2025.
