Section: 1292(b), the order compelling arbitration [under the FAA] is not immediately appealable."); Zosky v. Boyer, 856 F.2d 554, 557562 (3d Cir. 1988) (holding that orders compelling arbitration and staying litigation are not immediately appealable); Cup v. Ampco Pittsburgh Corp., 903 F.3d 58, 6162 (3d Cir. 2018) ("[T]he District Court's administrative closure does not mean that its order compelling arbitration was final and appealable.").
