STIPULATION AND ORDER THAT 1. Nguyen Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. is dismissed from this matter withprejudice;2. Plaintiffs recovery in this case, exclusive of interest and costs, shall not exceed$75,000.00 and any award, verdict or judgment in excess of that amount entered in thismatter will be molded accordingly;3. Given the cap on damages at $75,000.00, the amount in controversy requirement fordiversity jurisdiction no longer exists and, therefore, this matter should be remanded tothe Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, and4.
