Minute Entry for proceedings held before District Judge Ann Marie McIff Allen: Status Conference held on 12/19/2024. Counsel present for parties. Discussion heard on the parties stipulated scheduling order, following the nationwide preliminary injunction order entered in Texas. The parties agreed to a 90 day stay, pending the new presidential administration. One week prior to 90 days expiration, parties submit a joint status report Mr. Hepworth tasked with following through. The court understands that if the preliminary injunction dissolves or is disrupted in any way, the stay/circumstances change, parties can bring the matter back to the courts attention. Court terminated pending motion for preliminary injunction, understanding could be refiled. Court denied request for any requests for excess pages of anticipated filings.
