TEXT ORDER: Due to a scheduling conflict, the September 3, 2024 status conference is adjourned. The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's Amended Complaint at ECF No. 22 and notes that aside from changing the names of the Defendants to "JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., by Michelle E. Tarson, Esq." and "CIOCCA ORGANIZATION by Christopher Conover," Plaintiff's Amended Complaint also seeks to revise her claims to include a "lack of equal consideration" claim. See ECF No. 22 at 1. The Amended Complaint makes no mention of the federal claim Plaintiff previously asserted in her original Complaint. See ECF No. 1-1. The Court granted Plaintiff leave to amend her complaint only to correct Defendants' names, and not to revise or add claims. See ECF No. 21. However, in light of Rule 15's liberal standard that favors granting leave to amend pleadings, the Court will grant Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint to make ONLY the following changes: (1) correct the Defendants names to be listed as "JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A." and "CIOCCA ORGANIZATION"; and (2) include all causes of actions that Plaintiff is seeking to pursue with factual allegations to support those causes of action. Plaintiff shall not include Defense Counsel's names as part of the Defendants' corrected names. By September 13, 2024, Plaintiff shall file a Second Amended Complaint with the changes outlined herein. If Plaintiff seeks to make any further changes, she must first seek leave from the Court. Finally, the parties must meet and confer and by September 20, 2024, write to the Court as to whether the parties believe that the motion to remand at ECF.
