Counsel confirm that initial disclosures have been provided. Ms. Bruch advises that Plaintiff's computation of damages lacks background or explanation and requests that additional information be provided. Mr. Guha addresses the breakdown for the computation of damages. The Court advises Mr. Guha that more detail is best. Ms. Bruch informs the Court that the individual defendants in this matter will be dismissed. Ms. Bruch advises that White Pine County Sheriff's Office's Motion to Dismiss Improperly Named Defendant was filed (ECF No. 29 ), and that Mr. Guha will be filing a notice of non-opposition to the motion. Ms. Steinberg advises that Defendant Lackey's offer of judgment will be accepted, and he will be dismissed from this case.
