ORDER: 1. Washingtons previous motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, filed on December 16, 2024, (Doc. # 14), is DENIED as moot. 2. Washingtons most recent motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal, (Doc. # 15), is GRANTED. Accordingly, Washington must pay the $605.00 appellate filing fee in installments in the manner set forth below. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b). 3. Within 28 days from the entry of this Order, Washington must pay $33.87 to the Clerk of the Court as an initial partial appellate filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(1)(A). 4. The Clerk of this Court shall open an account in Washingtons name for receipt of the appellate filing fee. The Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form 2 (Form EDKY 525) with (a) Washingtons name, (b) his inmate registration number, and (c) this case number. The Clerk shall send a copy of this Order and the Notice of Payment Form to the Warden of the institution in which Washington is currently confined. 5. After the initial partial filing fee is paid, each month Washingtons custodian shall send the Clerk of the Court a payment in an amount equal to 20% of Washingtons income for the preceding month out of his inmate trust fund account, but only if the amount in the account exceeds $10.00. The custodian shall continue such monthly payments until the entire $605.00 filing fee is paid. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(2). 6.
