ELECTRONIC ORDER - Before the Court is the government's Unopposed Motion to Extend Time to File Judicial Forfeiture Action as to seized property, $365,308.00 in U.S. Currency, in the above-captioned case. As the government and the claimants have agreed to such an extension, the Court GRANTS the motion. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that, consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 983(a)(3), the government's deadline to file a complaint and commence a judicial forfeiture action as to the seized property, $365,308.00 in U.S. Currency, is extended to and including December 2, 2024.
